I've seen many a discussion on the relative merits of TRF, BPC, Moss, etc.
I want to relate to you an incident I had with TRF.

 A couple of months ago I order several things from them including a set of
stainless steel sill plates.  These plates were rather long and everything
went into a long box.  Trouble was, by the time it reached here in
Australia, the box (and the sills) was banana shaped.  Any one of the
involved carriers could have caused this.

I contacted John Swauger at TRF to let him know what happened and at no
time did I request replacements, after all they were OK when they left TRF.
John immediately ordered me a set of replacement sills at no cost - no
questions asked.  If it was some of the many suppliers in Australia I would
have been faced with   "Tough.  Its not our fault".

The upshot of this is, sure TRF may be more expensive on occasions, but
with this type of service who minds.
