Say Ron.....hi there,
I'm not sure what you mean by go, no-go feeler gages. 
Feeler gages are just strips of metal ground down to an exact thickness
(within .00005"). They are then stamped with the exact thickness and packaged
in sets......usually from .0005" to .030". 
By definition they are NOT "go, no-go" gages as they leafed together to get
the desired thickness......say cylinder wall to piston clearance, to determine
wear.
Go, no-go gages are traditionally used for measuring bores or threads after
machining, to determine if a part is acceptable or rejected.
Since I don't know your application, I can't really comment beyond that.
Good go, no-go gages are available from manufacturers supply stores......you
know, the ones that sell tooling and indicators.
