Hi Jim,
Another possibility for removing frozen pistons is to get your trusty grease
gun, get the right adaptor fitting to the wheel cylinder and pump the handle a
little. Tried this on my frozen TR-3A master and wheel cylinders......and
clutch too.....worked like a charm. 
Just be careful.....this method generates a ton of force and the piston could
come out in your face. That would spoil your day.....remember to stand clear.
