Pouya:

The single best modification for the money would be to replace
your stock manifold and exhaust system w/a header and a free flow
system. Then add K&N air filters to your carbs to free their breathing,
and/or upgrade them to SU HS6's. (If you buy the SU's used, it
won't break the bank.) But the header/FF mod will make a noticeable
difference in your mid-range power. If you go that route, buy
a quality header -- read, one from Triumphtune. You have to
go over the pond to get it, but it should be around $300, w/shipping.
For the exhaust system, a lot of people fit Monzas, but you have
a lot of flexibility here. (I just put a custom FF exhaust system
in my GT6, w/Monza chrome tips -- cost me all of $60.)

The header/FF mod is probably good for about 10 hp, as a guess. Another
easy thing to do is to pull the stock fan and replace it w/an
electric one -- this will free up your engine's higher revs.
