While in a similar situation I was pondering over buying a 2500 saloon vs 
my current car (bastardised no original part frankenstein hot-rod herald).
While looking at the 2500 the owner/vendor came across. Good ole Rich put 
me right out of a good haggling position by stating out loud "Have you 
seen these in Banger races? You can smash the hell out of them and they 
still run......."

     Johnny '70 Viterald estate ( more aerodynamic than a saloon, maybe!)
