Hi, all:
Last winter I finally got my heater fan switch wired so that the fan
actually worked... albeit for only a short while. Overnight, the switch
transformed itself into an ignition kill switch. Just last night I finally
"got around" to fixing the thing. I discovered that one of the unused
electrical spade connectors was grounding out against the back of the dash
facia. And, I was also able to wire the switch correctly so that it works
on BOTH speeds!!
I notice that in order to use the slow fan speed, I have to pull the switch
out to the MAX (highest) fan speed FIRST and then push the switch in to the
low speed position. If I pull the switch to LOW from the OFF position,
nothing happens. My question is: Is this normal??
Thanks!
