Ball Joint Separation

Sorry, no reference to Fred's Shed in this post
(Fred, got the registration for British on the
Green yesterday...maybe Cindy and I could stay in
your shed this year?  Sorry to list).

Anyway.  I'm well under way with the front 
suspension rebuild and wanted the list's wisdom
to ways to seperate the ball joint from the vertical
link. I will be replacing the ball joint so damage
is not an issue.

Thanks for the thoughts (Jack, we'll see what the
consensus is).
