Out here, you take your old one to a Triumph supplier or a big clutch and
brake shop, and they either sell you a reconditioned one in exchange for
yours, or rebuild yours. If the insides are scored/rusted/whatever, they can
bore it out and sleeve it with stainless steel. 

I found such a shop in the Yellow Pages; they even supplied a spring (mine,
in the clutch slave, had broken) that has no part number in the Triumph
parts books!
