To all those people interested in fiberglass hoods for GT6 and Spit's.
......

I am very interested in producing these parts ( as well as a few other
things I need). I will start with an early model GT6 + hood as that is what I
have. This takes time to do right so dont jump in your cars and head to Jax. I
think I already said that the price will depend on many things, but should come
out to about $800.00 for a good, clean, gellcoated piece. There at least ten
molds needed to produce the hood with all its inner panels. Shipping is
another issue. I have a man who is very good with a welder and I think that
the parts could be shipped in a steel tube crate for good support and
protection. This crate would cost about 2 or 3 hundred dollars so I would need
a refundable deposit on it.....worth it to get parts that are shipped with
heavy, shifting loads!
I am located in Jacksonville, Fl. and my name is Paul. If anyone has any
input on this please e-mail at ...lbpb2@aol.com. THANKS!
