At the very outset, may I say two very important things:
1. I've only just caught up with the information, and
2. I've absolutely zero commercial interest whatsoever, BUT
my former cohort, occasional Berkeley Square drinking partner, smooth
talking salesman and 'chatter-up' of women by the name of Paul Richardson -
has become known to me once again.
For just over the last year, Paul has been putting together arguably one of
the most delightful bi-monthly magazines about Standard and Triumph that
I've ever read. Called Triumph over Triumph it is assembled by Paul and his
wife at their home using material Paul has culled and assembled over the
years, which is fascinating in its content and depth. It is available by
subscription only, so don't go looking for it on newsstands.
Many of you probably know about this publication and so this makes me one
of the last to become aware of it. In my humble view it is a 'must have'
for any dedicated Triumph nut. Paul is presently not 'wired to the world'
but soon plans to be. If anyone has not heard of T o T and requires further
details, please let me know.
My apologies if everyone already knows about this, but the bloke who bangs
the jungle drum on my nearest hilltop to keep me aware of world
developments died of old age 2 years ago and nobody has yet offered to take
over his job.
