If you have a PCV then you will need some sort of crankcase pressure. If
you have to drive again before a new cap arrives, stop by at a winery
supply and buy a couple of big corks, then rig them into the hole. Wood
won't bother the valve train too much, and they're cheap. Just don't show
off your engine :-)
