Took a look at my spare today and it's pretty sad. The bosses look quite
badly rusted.
Does the TR6 have identical wheels as the TR4? (ie, do they have the
hub-cap studs?) Is it worth having the bosses filled with weld, then
machined down? How much should I expect to pay for a steel wheel (or
two...? One's dented also)
on another note, how long do Michelin XZXs last in storage? I think the
local tire-guy has a pair of NOS XZX redlines, and I'm wondering if they'd
be worth investing in.
