Can't say about the TR4A, but according to the factory TR4 Spare Parts
Catalogue:

SU H6       From beginning of TR4 production through CT16800E
Stromberg   CT16801E through CT16900E
SU H6       CT16901E through CT21470E
Stromberg   CT21471E through end of TR4 production

Note that those are engine numbers, NOT commission numbers. Engine numbers
and commission numbers are usually fairly close, but not always.
