Peter What Anders Claushager recorded on your certificate is probably correct. >From my recollection, the majority of TR250's and carb 6's supplied up to 1970 had Goodyear Redbands fitted as standard for the US market. Michelin X (as usually shown on the production 'tally') and which in reality were usually XAS were an optional fitment for US spec cars.
