Put the car in gear and rock.  Try again. 

If the problem is not solved, and the power goes off after you try, then
you have dodgy lead connection, take them off, clean, put on tight, and
put copper grease on to stop corrosion.  In that caes you get an arc,
which gets all the corrosion and makes glass where the contact is.  It
only happens if there is not much contact between the conections. 

Get an assistat, then check the voltage at the solinoid select wire,
that should be 12 when trying to start.  Then check the continuity of
the solinoid when you switch on the ignition that should be 0 ohms.
