Mark,

I noticed an ad for a place offering a rebuild service for vacuum
advance units in the last issue of British Car magazine.  Let me know if
you can't find it and I'll dig it up for you.  Also, ISTR that Moss
Motoring had an article on doing it yourself a few years ago.  As I
remember it, the method was a little crude - sheet-metal screws were used
to put the two halves of the case back together after the diaphragm was
replaced.
