A stout is a type of beer, where they roast ether the hops or some other
ingrediant until it is caramelised.  This gives the beer a black colour,
and adds to the tast.

Stout does not have to have the creamy head, and can be as fizzy as
larger.  It has to be realy dark in colour. 

You can get loads of stouts. 

Guinness, neer where Me house mate last year came from
Murphies, can't remember
Beamish, corke

In England you have to be cairfull getting the above you wan't the stuff
from Ireland if you can, not the stuff brewed under liscence in london.
