I don't know why people like Coopers Sparkling. I know it's won awards, but,
speaking as a home-brewer and a taster of hundreds of beers: it tastes
green; it's murky; it has crap at the bottom; it's too fizzy. These are the
usual products of a novice brewer. On the other hand, the rest of Coopers
line-up is great.
I remain mystified.
