Actually, The Roadster Factory still lists a chassis frame for the Spitfire
part, number PKC 118, for around $2060 (inquire).  As you can see it's not
really economical to buy a new one even if available.  Your best bet is to
find one in a Junk yard somewhere.  Should be able to find a good one for
around $150 -$250.  Replacing it will be a LOT of work (especially with
shipwrights disease which WILL set in with this type of job), after all
this IS the frame which is what the car is built around/on (and all this
time you guys thought it was the heater!!) ;-}
