HELP! TR7 Stuck in fourth.

I need a little help with my TR7.
My TR7's stuck in fourth and I'm at work with minimal tools.

Symtoms are shift lever moves all around but has no "feel" like
something inside is disconnected.

Does this sound like something I might be able to fix quickly?
