my way of thinking is that if you enlarge the holes you will reduce the oil
pressure for the whole engine.  similar to putting your finger over the
garden hose, smaller hole more pressure, longer jet and vise versa.
if you put bigger holes and a larger capacity oil pump well that might just
achieve what you want.
