One last comment on powder-coat, you cure it for 10 min. @ 385,(not 500) vent the oven door and after about 15 minutes or when the part is cool "INSTALL IT", not like paint and wait two days. There is a gravel shield between the front fenders on a Model "A" under normal driving conditions, about three years use is the limit before it's chipped-up, the shield on my "A" is P/C and twelve years old and not one chip, and never waxed, says a lot for this stuff. |
