No LBC content - Mercedes Benz Content

Sorry to bomb the list, but need advice.  
A co-worker has a 1964 MB 220 4dr , 6 cyl, standard trans, 67k miles,
no A/C, stuck in garage for last 10/11 years for sale. (I don't think the
doors have even been opened) 
Any ideas on value??  I know everything needs redoing, but, what would
its value be beforeand/or after a going over/redo.
