Can you get any details on this? ie, geographical location of
unavailibility (yikes!) Is it for spray bombs only or laquer in general?
I'm not a paint expert, so maybe you've already answered me :-)
Reason I ask, I've got to retouch all over my car and was going to use
lacquer...
