Only an experienced welder can do it.  Don*t use the guy I used for my Spit -- 
he didnšt
heat sink the sucker, and it warped, making it pretty much useless, at least
for my taste  it would bolt up, but at what stress?)

Guess who then got a header?  Another story?  OH YEAH ...
