Carl, I had my seats rebuilt by a local upholstery shop. I had them supply the material and it was real close to factory in appearance, but they used marine grade vinyl instead. Cost was $350 and they had to rebuild the seat cushions and re-weld the frame, This was not much more than the kits, not including the seat foam.
