Thanks for all the replies. I will be taking it off again tonight and inspecting. In reply to al the responses: 1. With the pipe disconnected at the clutch Master Cylinder, no fluid comes out hence not a hose problem 2. I did install a new seal on the end of the spring housing, maybe there was some crud on the end of the bore I didn't get out. 3. I want to emphasise that when I pump the pedal there is absolutely NO movementof fluid, bubbles or anything in the resevoir! WAYNE, did you also experience this? Thanks, Stu |
