76 Spitfire - Wheel Bearings

Well after reading all the valuable info about the job of getting to the wheel
bearings (Thanks for all the warnings).  I have decided to replace the whole
assembly.  I do have 2 fairly new rear wheel assemblies from my old 78 Spit.
They were rebuilt before I dismantled the 78.

Will this assembly work with the 76 (I  guess I could do a quick measure) and
should I replace both sides or just the bad side?
