I run the Crane Cams ignition box tha tmost TR suppliers sell. It works
really well. I'm not sure what the box does except i do know that it has
the timing mechanism in it...for the optical sensor that is in the
distributor. If you do switch you will get more bang for you buck if you
do put in a hotter coil. I run the Crane Chrome Coil....70,000 volts I
believe and it works really well....I don't misfire very often.
