I've just got done putting the solid mounts on my car.  I haven't driven
that much...i'm still sorting a bunch of other things out (bedding in
brakes...breaking in motor) but it doesn't seem that they increase
vibration but the feedback is definitely there and the response that they
give is phenomenal.  It made a big difference in my mind but it could also
be in part by the Sax shocks that are set at 11 and the comp springs.  but
it seems to have made a great difference.  The only thing that i've heard
people say is that if you curb the car real hard you'll bend the mount, I
replied with "So I won't curb it".  I don't know if this is true but it's
something to think about
