I have received lots of opinions that the Brits "cellulose" must be lacquer
(Yank Talk). The only thing that puzzles me is that I was told by the paint
guy that the paint is thinned (lacquer term) at 50%. Well....enamel is
reduced at 33 to 50% and lacquer is thinned at over 100%. Hmmmm...curioser
and curiouser.
