thanks for the tip, it could come in helpful in the future. i'm in virginia
and they haven't got to testing the emissions, but they look to see if all
the hardware is in place and appears to be functioning.
three years ago i took a tr7 in and they failed me because the air pump
wouldn't rotate, i pulled the guts out of it, slapped in a bearing and got it
to turn (no function)
and i passed!
