only check emissions at idle, and the EGR valve isn;'t working. DElaware
also does a pressure test on the gas tank, but their equipment won't fit our
fuel necks (ha-ha). Best way to pass is to instal new plugs and wires,
retard the ignition and weaken up the mixture till it hardly runs. i
COULDN'T GET MY CAR WEAK ENOUGH UNTIL i DISCONNECTED THE BREATHER HOSE FROM
THE VALVE COVER, WORKED GREAT!
