20 years ago +/- I visited a fellow that installed a BOP (Buick, Oldsmobile Pontiac) 215 aluminum V8 (now known as a Rover engine) into a GT6 vintage 1972 model (that bodystyle anyway). He used a Chevy Monza 5 speed, I think, with some adaptor plate and a custom clutch disk with the Chevy splines. The intake and 4 barrel carb were such that no bulge other than the GT6 were needed on the Bonnett. Very nice indeed! I should have slides in the archives. |
