Too many variables exist to give you even a rough guess, but it would be
about the same as for any four-cylinder engine -- anywhere from
$500-$3000 U.S., depending on what needs to be replaced and how far you
wish to go in enhancing performance.

A Qualified "Yes"; you'll need at least the mainshaft from an OD
transmission to go with the OD unit itself. It might be easier to seek
out a complete transmission with OD.

Probably that, coupled with the fatter front sway bar and perhaps Koni
or Spax shocks. A somewhat cheaper, but probably not as satisfactory,
alternative is to have the existing spring dearched and pair that with
some sort of camber compensator or axle limiting straps.
