TR-8 Questions. Misc... Help if you can please

Hi gang,

I'm now in for more punishment. I fiqured, hey, after I restored the Spitfire
why not try a TR-8. So, I bought one in Vermont this weekend. Clean, Green
and a Stock machine. Questions:

1) Water pump is gone, any tips for replacement ? 

2) The Holley Conversions, How much ? What parts do i need ? and where's the 
    best place to get them?

3) What the heck are "rear fog lights " ?
