I had to drop the exhaust on mine, and it was a monza...  However, you
still might be able to get to the flange joints, but it'll be a pain,
I assure you!  Removing the monza isn't all that difficult.  It should
separate in the middle, meaning you only need to remove the back half.
That's what I would do.  Making the decision to remove it probably
would take as long as removing it right from the start!  (IMHO)

OR, the most rust the better.  Then the exhaust just falls off in your
hands!  AND if it's really rusted, then you can rent the sawz-all and
really have some fun!  (time for new exhaust though :-)

Twisting is the key to removing exhaust pipes.  When you re-assemble
them, be sure to use plenty of anti-seize around the pipe that fits
into the larger one.  That way it can't rust together, and will remove
with ease(tm) next time.
