i just looked at the wilwood caliper specifications and it does indeed
use 1/8 NPT.   not something i've seen before on brakes so i wouldn't
know how to seal it.   maybe the adapters are not great quality.   why
not try a 1/8NPT to 3AN or 4AN adapter which is pretty common place
and attach a braided hose directly onto that?
