Steve is right in that Wheel bearings are often
overlooked. When was the last time you repacked
yours?
He is also right about spinning the LAT 9's from the
rear on the front, if your mechanic does not know
what he's doing. Remember that with a standard
differential, that the wheel speed is double the
Speedo reading. 80 mph on the means the differential
is doing 160. Do this for long and nasty things can
happen. As I said, Spin the rear LAT 9's on the front
if you want to be 100 per cent safe. It won't be
completely accurate, but closest enough for the
rear wheels.
