Roller rocker and valve cover clearance

Darn, I just had aluminum roller rockers installed on my motor.  I now find
that they are taller than the stock rockers and interfere with the baffles
inside the cast aluminum Sunbeam Tiger Powered by Ford valve covers.  Has
anyone else run into this problem and what did you do?

I'm concerned that removing the baffles will spray oil out the holes in the
valve covers.  Perhaps there is a spacer one can buy to raise the valve cover?
