I don't think they like getting beat by 30 year old cars.
I have just shut out the Vets and 260z cars in SCCA NCAC for the second year.
After getting beat the first year a few times (some times bad) this year I
went undefeated in BSP. The Vet drivers re classed there cars and moved to
BP after getting beat the first few events. Now that no one can pass me in
points I think I will pull out the passenger seat and run the rest of the
year in BP. I don't think it is as much of the car as it is the driver, I
have a VW rabbit in DSP that I still have not beat. Ever time I hear my car
is an unfair advantage I let them drive the Cat. You would be surprised at
the number of todays drivers that have never driven a car without power
steering, power brakes, and over 300hp.
