Bill,

The Panhard link is meant to stop the motor torque reaction form translating the
axle sideways form it's "null" position.  It is not an adjustment for something
else that is wrong.  Come look at my car at Big Bear, and I'll show you where
they reinforced the frame for failure from normal use.  Think about how many
things you've got on your car - all trying to tell the axle where to go.  Is it
any wonder they fight each other with so many different radii of curvature each
is demanding the axle take?
