My 275 GTB manual says to descale the engine use 400 grammes of sodium carbonate and 13 litres of water. Idle for 15 minutes, then drain, let cool, then flush. I think they use to reccommend pulling the thermostat for the 250GT's in the summer, but they had stopped that by the 275, The thermostat opened at 80 and the engine was never to go over 110C. mBrad |
