Check that funky valve where the lines come together on the right fender 
well. If it's stuck, you get nothing out of the back.
And it has to work correctly or no rear brakes.
I hate those things and get rid of them on any Spridgets I have because 
they are such a pain. But that requires a different master and new plumbing.
