I was considering this conversion myself a while back on a 59 Bugeye.
You would need the rear frame rails from the trunk of a 1/2 leaf 
Spridget, the rear axle case, and a fearless attitude to attack the chore.
As for being worth the effort, it is more work then replacing the 1/4 
leaf spring boxes. You can't just swap parts without making changes to 
the body.
