Hmmm....
4 amber "beehives"? Maybe the
PO wired up the rear blinker lights to be "running lights" as well as
blinkers, equipping them with a double
filiment bulb, like the front ones. He
MAY have done this to increase the
"visibility" of the car to those following
behind.
I did this as well as adding a third
"upper" brake light....these cars ride pretty
low and with only the normal red lensed
running/brake lights in the back, can be difficult to see by cars
following on rainy
nights or otherwise poor visibility driving
conditions.
Meanwhile, I'll see if I've got the old
red beehives hanging about which I will
send over to you at no charge, Mr C.
'cause I owe you anyway! I'll clean them
up for you. Even if you get others from
others, I'll forward them to you for spares.
