Idle is not too high.
Rebuilt engine, no carbon build up.
Hot plug could be caused by either weak mixture or too much advance,so
if it is running on I presume that it must be one of these two
...or wrong plug rating (but they are "as recommended")
.....or too low octane fuel (95 Octane, UK measure that is, not USA)
for my engine CR,which I know is on the high side.
