Although nowhere near as cool as a good homegrown solution, if anyone is so
inclined:
Oil suction gun, KP Industries p/n 4-5230, Delphos, Ohio.
Bought it at Pep Boys, so they could probably order one if nothing is in
stock.  Less than $10 if I recall.   I was going to make a Monica Lewinsky
joke about its sucking ability, but that wouldn't be right.
