Hi everyone,
With the 2006 driving season here, the VTR Traveler's Assistance Directory
has been updated. You are invited to download it and keep it in your glove
compartment in case you suffer a breakdown on the road. You DON'T have to
be a member of VTR to download it or add your information if you'd like to
assist fellow Triumph enthusiasts. To download the directory, add your
info, or correct your listing, go to
http://www.vtr.org/travelAssist/index.shtml.
Changes to the directory, primarily for security and privacy concerns:
A few wrote to express their concern over street addresses being published,
therefore, all volunteer's street addresses have been removed.
Email addresses have been listed in "verbose" format, for example "bdischer
at blakedischer dot com" instead of "bdischer@blakedischer.com". This
usually prevents email harvesting scripts from capturing email addresses for
spamming purposes.
If you have suggestions for improving the usefulness of this resource,
provided by free of charge by Vintage Triumph Register, please drop me a
note. Please feel free to forward this message as you feel is appropriate.
Sincerely,
Blake Discher, VP Member Services
