I found a cheaper way to mount the hardtop with the more common short bars with
the soft-top removed:  Get a pair of 5/16-24 bolts that are 3 1/2 inches long.
Attach the bottom holes of the bars to the top screw hole on the inside of
the body where the soft top mounts.  Then the 3 1/2" blots will reach from
the black castings on the hardtop down to the bars.  It's not as pretty
as the proper long bars, but it gets the job done.
